Adult Groups

Adult Group Lessons cater to players aged 16 and above, with small class sizes (4:1 or 6:1 ratio) to ensure quality coaching across all levels—from novice to advanced.

Beginners and returning players build confidence through fundamentals such as scoring, positioning and basic technique, in a supportive and social environment.

Intermediate players refine control, consistency and service accuracy while developing the skills needed to transition toward advanced play. 

For experienced players, advanced sessions focus on tactical awareness, technical precision and competitive application through high-intensity drills and match play. 

Each stage provides a clear pathway for growth, connection and enjoyment on court.
