Green & Yellow Ball

Green and Yellow Ball group lessons are designed to develop the whole player—technically, tactically, physically and mentally—from the very first session.

As players progress to these advanced stages, the focus shifts to strong technical foundations, effective patterns of play and the growing physical demands of higher-level tennis. Green Ball sessions build competitive awareness and decision-making, while Yellow Ball players begin to master their game style and understand their individual strengths and weaknesses. 

All new participants will complete a trial to ensure they are placed in the group that best suits their current skill level.
