Who does Peak Pursuit Tennis coach?

Peak Pursuit Tennis coaches juniors and adults at every stage of development, from young children beginning their movement and racquet-skill journey to recreational adults and competitive players seeking structured performance development.

How do I choose the most suitable coaching option?

Contact us with the player’s age, experience, goals, preferred location and availability. We will recommend the most appropriate private, semi-private, Performance Trio or group coaching option.

What is the difference between private, semi-private and Performance Trio coaching?

Private Coaching provides one-to-one instruction and is the most personalised option for players seeking focused technical, tactical, physical and mental development.

Semi-Private Coaching allows two compatible players to train together while still receiving individual feedback. It also creates more opportunities for cooperative drills and tactical play.

Performance Trio Coaching is designed for three compatible players and provides additional opportunities for movement, point construction, decision-making and competitive exercises. Players sharing a lesson should have reasonably compatible abilities and development goals.

How is a junior’s programme level determined?

The suggested age ranges for Blue, Red, Orange, Green and Yellow Ball programmes provide a general guide. Final placement is based on the player’s current ability and developmental readiness across technical, physical, cognitive, social and emotional areas.

New players may be asked to complete a trial or initial assessment to ensure they are placed in the most suitable programme. Progression is determined by readiness rather than age alone.

Do you offer trial lessons?

Yes. A 1 hour private trial lesson is available for S$165. The trial allows us to assess the player’s current level, discuss their goals and recommend the most suitable coaching pathway.

Court booking fees are separate, and a S$20 travel surcharge may apply to non-central locations.

What are the private coaching rates?

  • Individual Private Coaching: S$180 per hour
  • Semi-Private Coaching: S$210 per hour, equivalent to S$105 per player
  • Performance Trio: S$255 per hour, equivalent to S$85 per player
  • Ten-Hour Private Coaching Package: S$1,650, equivalent to S$165 per hour

The 10-hour private coaching package is valid for six calendar months from the first lesson. The first lesson must take place within 30 calendar days of purchase; otherwise, the validity period begins on the 30th day unless another start date has been agreed in writing.

Delays caused by Peak Pursuit Tennis will not shorten the validity period. Please see section 5 of our Terms & Conditions for the full expiry, extension and refund provisions.

What are the junior programme rates?

Junior group rates are charged per participant:

  • Blue Stage: S$45 per hour

  • Orange Ball: S$50 per hour

Where are lessons held?

Coaching can be delivered at the client’s condominium court or another agreed venue.

All lessons are subject to court availability and the venue granting the necessary access approval.

Are court booking fees included?

No. Court booking and venue fees are not included in the coaching price.

Any applicable court fee is separate from the lesson fee.

Who is responsible for arranging the court?

Court arrangements will be confirmed when the lesson is booked.

When coaching takes place at a client’s condominium, the client may need to reserve the court and arrange the necessary access for the coach.

What if my condominium does not permit external coaches?

Clients should confirm that external coaching is permitted at their condominium or chosen venue.

If coaching is not permitted, another agreed venue may be considered, subject to availability and access approval.

Is there a travel surcharge?

A S$20 travel surcharge applies to non-central locations.

Peak Pursuit Tennis will confirm whether the surcharge applies before the booking is finalised.

What is the cancellation policy?

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson without a coaching charge.

Client cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and non-attendance are charged in full, unless a valid medical certificate covering the lesson date is supplied within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson start, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Where the medical exception applies, no coaching cancellation charge applies. Prepaid coaching time is retained for a make-up lesson, rather than a cash refund, subject to applicable law. Separately disclosed, incurred and non-refundable court costs remain payable.

Different rules apply when Peak Pursuit Tennis cancels a lesson. Please see sections 6–8 of our Terms & Conditions for full details.

How do I reschedule a lesson?

Contact Peak Pursuit Tennis as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

At least 24 hours’ notice is required. All replacement times remain subject to coach and court availability.

What happens if bad weather prevents the lesson?

Peak Pursuit Tennis decides whether a lesson can safely start or continue, taking account of conditions at the lesson location, lightning alerts, air quality and venue instructions.

If we cancel or stop a lesson because conditions are unsafe, no late cancellation charge applies. Only coaching time actually delivered is treated as used. Undelivered prepaid time is carried forward and rescheduled, subject to coach and court availability.

Weather cancellations do not qualify for cash refunds, except where required by law. No medical certificate is needed for a weather cancellation made by Peak Pursuit Tennis.

What happens if the coach is unwell?

Peak Pursuit Tennis may reschedule a lesson where coach illness makes delivery impracticable.

The client will be contacted to arrange another suitable time.
