The personal data we collect depends on how a person interacts with us. It may include:
We may collect personal data directly from the individual or from a parent, guardian or authorised representative. We may also receive data through our website, forms, communications, payment or technology providers, courts and venues, referrals, publicly available sources or another person involved in arranging the service.
A person who provides another individual’s personal data should have authority to do so and should make this policy available to that individual where appropriate.
We may collect, use or disclose personal data for purposes that are reasonable and connected with our services, including to:
We obtain consent where required and collect, use and disclose personal data only for notified purposes or as otherwise permitted by law. Consent may be expressed through a form, message, instruction or another clear action and may also arise in circumstances recognised by applicable law.
An individual may withdraw consent for a particular collection, use or disclosure of personal data by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We will explain any likely consequence and process the request within a reasonable time. Withdrawal does not affect personal data already used or disclosed lawfully and may prevent us from continuing a service where the data is necessary for booking, payment, safety or delivery.
For a junior participant, we generally collect personal data through the parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian should provide only information relevant to registration, coaching, communication and safety and should keep it accurate and current.
A parent or guardian must provide any consent required for public use of a junior participant’s photograph, video, testimonial or other identifiable material. Declining promotional consent does not affect access to coaching.
Photographs or video may be created or supplied for coaching analysis where the purpose has been explained and appropriate consent obtained. Access will be limited to those who need the material for that purpose, and it will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary.
We will obtain separate, optional consent before using identifiable photographs, video or testimonials for public marketing, including on our website or social media. Declining promotional consent does not affect access to coaching.
Consent may be withdrawn on reasonable notice by contacting our data protection contact. We will stop the relevant collection, use or disclosure unless otherwise required or authorised by law. For promotional material, this includes removing or anonymising the relevant content on channels under our control within a reasonable period and notifying relevant service providers.
Copies already distributed or independently republished by others may not be recoverable. This does not permit continued promotional use by Peak Pursuit Tennis.
We may disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to provide or administer our services. Recipients may include:
Some technology, website, communications or cloud service providers may process or store personal data outside Singapore. Where the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 applies, we take reasonable steps to ensure that transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the Act.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember settings, understand website traffic and improve performance. Some cookies may be provided by our website host or analytics providers.
A visitor may use available cookie controls or browser settings to reject or remove non-essential cookies. Blocking cookies may affect some website functions. Links to third-party websites or social media services are governed by those parties’ privacy practices, not this policy.
We may send information about programmes, availability, events or related services where the recipient has consented or where the communication is otherwise permitted by law. A recipient may opt out using the method provided in the message or by contacting us. Service messages about an existing booking, payment, safety matter or account are not marketing messages.
We take reasonable steps to keep personal data accurate and complete where it is likely to be used to make a decision affecting the individual or disclosed to another organisation. Clients and parents should tell us when contact, medical, emergency or other relevant information changes.
An individual may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data by contacting us. We may need to verify identity and the details of the request before making a correction.
An individual may ask for access to personal data under our control and information about how it has been used or disclosed, subject to applicable legal exceptions. We may request information to verify identity and clarify the scope of the request. If a fee is permitted and reasonably required, we will provide an estimate before processing the request.
We use reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, loss or disposal. Measures may include limiting access, using reputable service providers, securing devices and accounts, and reviewing how sensitive information is handled.
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. A client should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through an insecure channel and should notify us promptly if they suspect that personal data has been compromised.
We retain personal data only while it remains reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, a legitimate business or safety need, dispute management, or a legal and regulatory requirement. Different categories of records may therefore be kept for different periods.
When retention is no longer necessary, we take reasonable steps to delete, destroy or anonymise the data so that it no longer identifies the individual.
If a personal data incident occurs, we will take reasonable steps to contain it, assess its impact and determine whether notification is required.
Where a breach is notifiable to the Personal Data Protection Commission, we will notify the Commission as soon as practicable and no later than three calendar days after determining that the breach is notifiable. Where notification to affected individuals is required, we will notify them as soon as practicable, at the same time as or after notifying the Commission, in accordance with applicable law.
Questions, complaints, access or correction requests and withdrawals of consent should be sent to:

Telephone: +65 9891 8112
Website: www.peakpursuittennis.com

We will provide access to personal data as soon as reasonably possible and make required corrections as soon as practicable, subject to applicable legal exceptions. If we cannot complete an access or correction request within 30 days of receiving it, we will inform you in writing within that period of the time by which we will respond.
We will acknowledge other privacy enquiries and complaints and respond within a reasonable period.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, technology or legal obligations. The current version will be published with its effective date. A material change will be communicated through an appropriate channel where reasonably practicable.
This policy is intended to support Peak Pursuit Tennis Pte Ltd’s obligations under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and other applicable law. If this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the legal requirement prevails.
